With decades of hospitality experience we will help you to create the perfect wine list.
We will train your staff to all the aspects of serving a bottle of wine. Our team will educate your staff to be confident with the basic and advance wine terminologies. We will help to perfectly pair the wine to the food, and also will train to open, serve and pour a bottle of wine.
We know how tough is starting your own business in this industry. Andrea, founder & CEO, would like to help you to navigate the complex federal and/or state bureaucracy and regulations involving all the steps of importation and distribution of wine, spirits and beer.

Delivery
What should I know about delivery:
Delivery Schedule
Alwaysgood Wines LLC will personally take care your wine delivery within SOCal Area. For an excellent service, we will ask you a little collaboration.
Delivery day by Area:
• Los Angeles County: Wednesday and Friday
• Ventura County/Santa Barbara County: Tuesday and Thursday
• Orange County/San Diego County: Thursday

CENTAL-NORTH California Alwaysgood Wines LLC Will use GLS to deliver your wines.
Cut-off wine Order
Minun Order
If you have placed your order by 2:30pm and your account is clear, your order will be delivered the next day. If it's not respecting our delivery's schedule, we might apply a $5 extra fee.

Minimum Wine Order: 3 cases. If minimum order is not met, we will charge a Fuel Surcharge of $9.00
Returning Policy
In case you find a corked wine we will be more than happy to replace it in one of this two ways: trade the corked bottle for a new bottle of the same wine or trade for a different wine of equal or lesser value.
To return or trade your wine, please follow the following step:
1) keep the wine, the bottle and the original cork.
2) from the moment you notice a problem with the wine, contact and report the issue within 24 hours to your sale rep or the company.
